Can I have all the unedited photos from my shoot?
Because the quality of unedited photos varies widely, Taye Media never releases photos without first editing them. If you would like additional editing of your photos beyond what is included in your package, this service is available for $25.
Cancellation Policy
I'm happy to reschedule your session with 48 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window may result in loss of your session deposit. For complete information about cancellations, see the cancellation policy.
How long do I have to download my pictures and order prints?
Your pictures will be available in the Client Gallery for 30 days after they are delivered to you. Taye Media recommends downloading and backing up your images promptly so you have them saved before the gallery expires.
How do I book a session?
Booking is simple. Visit the contact page and fill out the inquiry form, or email tayemarketingstudios@gmail.com Taye Media will respond within 48 hours to discuss your session goals, recommend a package, suggest locations, and schedule your date. A deposit is required to reserve your session date. Once booked, you will receive a detailed preparation guide with tips on outfits, timing, and what to expect on the day of your shoot.
Do you travel outside of Pflugerville for sessions?
Do you travel outside of Allen for sessions?Yes. While Taye Media is based in Pflugerville, Taye Media regularly photographs sessions throughout the north Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, and surrounding communities. Travel within the Austin Metropolitan, area is included in all session packages. For locations outside this core service area, a travel fee may apply depending on distance. Contact Taye Media discuss your preferred location.
How and when do I receive my photos?
After your session, Taye Media professionally edits your images and uploads them to a private online gallery. Most galleries are delivered within approximately two weeks of the session date (often much faster). You will receive an email with a link to view and download your photos. The online gallery remains active for 30 days from the delivery date. Taye Media recommends downloading and backing up your images promptly. If you need photos on a rush timeline for an event deadline, let Taye Media know when booking and she will do her best to accommodate.
